Metal Shaving Saison

Yeast Propagation for 11% Saison

This was our first batch of beer brewed on the new 15 gallon home brew rig. I purchased the system from the former founder of Terrapin Brewing so I feel like it’s got some good juju.

The beer is a Saison that turned out to be about 11%. It’s still in fermentation (Jan 30) so I’m not sure how everything will turn out. I’ll  post a follow up once the beer is in the keg.

The reasoning behind the name of this beer will not be discussed until the lawsuits are dealt with.
