We thought it might be fun to pose my friends kid in a series of brewery photos. It turns out the kid can brew some seriously tasty beer. This batch was actually our first Gruit (beer without hops).
We made two different batches and split them into various sized containers. A number of them got infected (poor seal on the cap) but the ones that were drinkable turned out decent.
